O'Soy is creamy like yogurt but without any trace of lactose. As the name suggests, O'Soy is made from soy beans (organic). It comes in a variety of flavors packed in 6 oz cups: vanilla, peach, raspberry, blueberry, chocolate, and strawberry.

As I am in the process of becoming vegan, I am exploring many different soy products. I first tasted O'Soy vanilla flavor, and I have also tasted peach and strawberry O'Soy. All of these tasted so much like yogurt, it was really hard to believe that it is made without cow's milk.

O'Soy has six active cultures which promote better digestion. It's a wholesome product without artificial flavors or fillers, so it's a great product to consume, even if you are not a vegan.

O'Soy is really a wonderful soy product from the Stonyfield Farm company, which gives 10% of its profits to projects geared towards protecting our beautiful earth.
