I love ice cream! It's my perfect snack or dessert. I have been a vegetarian for a couple of years, and the next logical step for me is to become a vegan. I love to eat only plant-based food, but I just cannot resist yummy ice creams.

I recently started using soy milk and simpy adore the taste. I recently came across Double Rainbow Soy Cream. I tried Mango Vanilla Soy Cream, and the taste was really great. I really could not believe it was made from plain white soy beans. The combination of mango and vanilla was so perfect. I enjoyed every spoonful of without feeling guilty.(I always feel guilty when indulging in milk based products.)

I thought these ice creams were perfect for vegans as even the thickening agents used were plant based: locust bean gum and guar gum. All the ingredients are organically grown, so you can be sure you will be eating the best ice cream in town.

I have also tried the Butter Pecan and Mint Chocolate Chip varieties. Both of these flavors were also irresitible. These taste just like the milk-based ice creams, but without a drop of milk based product.

Unfortunately, this icecream is available only in natural food stores such as Trader Joe's. To learn more about Double Rainbow Soy Cream, visit their website.

Another great reason to buy this ice cream is because Double Rainbow donates 5000 scoops of ice cream to charitable causes every week.
