Gentle and beautiful, much like Wai Lana herself, this new yoga tape for children is as much fun to do with your children as it is to watch. The scenery is beautiful and Wai Lana's gentle voice puts you in a peaceful place straight away. My 5 ˝ year old commented on the songs which he thought were fun. The postures are easy to follow and the tape moves at a pace fast enough to keep a little ones attention; but not so fast that they get lost. Children will have fun using their imagination to pretend that they are cobras or butterflies as they are stretching and exercising their mind and bodies. The relaxation part of the tape is a real gift that we can give our children. Imagine how the world would be in 20 years from now if all of our children learned to relax and take care of themselves!
